What are tobacco-free pouches?
Tobacco-free pouches are small, white pouches made with plant-based fibers and flavoring — completely free of tobacco leaf. They are placed between the gum and lip, and are smoke-free, spit-free, and discreet.
How do I use tobacco-free pouches?
Place a pouch between your upper lip and gum. You may feel a tingling sensation — this is normal. Keep it in for 15–60 minutes depending on your preference, then dispose of it responsibly.
What strengths do you offer?
Our products come in various strengths. Each product listing shows the strength per pouch. If you're new to tobacco-free pouches, we recommend starting with a lower strength.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Check our Shipping Policy page for more details.
Is shipping free?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over AED 150. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days across the UAE. Express shipping takes 1–2 business days. Same-day delivery is available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for orders placed before 2 PM GST.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tobacco-free pouches. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Yes, 100%. All products are sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is the minimum age to purchase?
